माहिना (Mahina) Dignity Drive is a comprehensive initiative dedicated to breaking the silence around menstruation and ensuring that every woman and girl can manage her period with dignity and confidence. We believe that menstruation is a natural, healthy process that should never be a source of shame or limitation.

Our program addresses multiple aspects of menstrual health:

**Education and Awareness**: We conduct workshops and awareness sessions that educate women, girls, men, and boys about menstrual health, hygiene, and the importance of breaking taboos. These sessions create safe spaces for open conversations and questions.

**Product Access**: We distribute free sanitary pads, menstrual cups, and other menstrual hygiene products to those in need. We also work to make these products more affordable and accessible in local communities.

**Stigma Removal**: Through community engagement, media campaigns, and advocacy, we work to remove the stigma and shame associated with menstruation. We celebrate menstruation as a natural part of life and a sign of health and vitality.

**Infrastructure Support**: We advocate for and help create proper facilities in schools, workplaces, and public spaces, including clean toilets, running water, and disposal systems.

**Health Support**: We provide information about menstrual disorders, when to seek medical help, and how to maintain good menstrual health.

The माहिना Dignity Drive ensures that no woman or girl has to miss school, work, or daily activities because of her period. We're creating a world where menstruation is understood, accepted, and managed with dignity.
