Flowसखी is a menstrual awareness and hygiene initiative aimed at breaking taboos and normalizing conversations around periods. We work closely with young girls and women, especially in underserved communities, to provide access to sanitary products and essential education.

Through workshops, community dialogues, and awareness drives, we strive to create a safe, informed, and stigma-free environment where menstruation is understood with dignity, not discomfort.

Hope लहर is our environmental and community action initiative, driven by the belief that small collective e orts can create powerful waves of change. From beach clean-up drives to sustainability awareness campaigns, we encourage individuals to take responsibility for their surroundings.

This campaign inspires people to be the wave to act, contribute, and protect the environment for a healthier and more conscious tomorrow.

PoshanPath is our parenting and child development initiative dedicated to supporting families in raising emotionally strong, healthy, and aware children. By bringing together experienced experts and practical insights, we aim to simplify parenting and promote conscious, informed upbringing in today’s fast-changing world.

Key Focus Areas: PoshanPath brings together expert guidance from doctors, child psychologists, educators, and specialists to support holistic child development. The initiative focuses on physical health, mental well-being, and overall growth of children through a balanced and informed approach. It offers webinars and expert-led interactive sessions, along with meaningful podcast conversations under *Voices of RCF*, creating a platform for shared learning and awareness. Most importantly, it serves as a trusted space where parents can learn, ask questions, and grow together while promoting mindful and informed parenting practices.

SHEroism celebrates the strength, resilience, and leadership of women from all walks of life. This campaign highlights stories of courage, promotes gender equality, and creates opportunities for women to grow, lead, and inspire.

Through mentorship, recognition, and community support, SHEroism transforms everyday women into role models because every woman has a story worth celebrating.

Sattva Circle is our initiative rooted in the philosophy of selfless service, inner growth, and mindful living. It brings together spiritual monks, philosophers, and thought leaders who guide individuals on the connection between mind, body, and purpose.

Ekatva is our diversity and inclusion initiative, standing for unity, empathy, and equal opportunity for all, especially for persons with disabilities and marginalised communities.

Niwala निवाला is our commitment to ensuring that no individual is deprived of a basic human necessity, food. Through this campaign, we work towards reducing hunger by distributing nutritious meals to underprivileged communities, daily wage workers, and those in crisis.

Beyond just feeding, we aim to restore dignity because every plate served carries respect, care, and compassion. Whether it is street distribution drives, community kitchens, or emergency relief, Niwala is about sharing hope, one meal at a time.
