Founder & Executive Director

Richa Pathak is a Senior Legal Advisor, philanthropist, and purpose-driven leader committed to ethical governance and social impact. As the founder of Richa Cares Foundation, she works at the intersection of law, policy, and community empowerment, building systems that uplift people with dignity and strengthen institutions. Guided by compassion and purpose, she brings clarity, integrity, and vision to every initiative she leads. In her personal time, Richa enjoys reading on governance and public philosophy, mentoring young leaders, exploring cultural heritage sites, and reflective journaling — pursuits that reflect her dedication to growth and service.

Khushi Kamble

Team Member

Khushi Kamble is a legal professional and a dedicated team member at Richa Cares Foundation. With a strong interest in social justice, women’s empowerment, and public impact, Khushi aims to combine her legal education with meaningful grassroots and policy-oriented work. She is passionate about creating accessible legal awareness and contributing to initiatives that uplift vulnerable communities. In her free time, Khushi enjoys researching legal case studies, travelling to explore new cultures, participating in policy discussions, and engaging in community events. Her hobbies reflect her curiosity, leadership qualities, and commitment to continuous learning

Natasha Gogawle

Team Member

Natasha Gogawle is a management graduate (BMS) and a dedicated team member at Richa Cares Foundation. With strong organisational skills and a proactive approach, she actively contributes to the foundation’s initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination, effective support, and meaningful community engagement. Natasha’s management background enables her to bring structure, efficiency, and teamwork to every project she undertakes. In her free time, Natasha enjoys event planning, music curation, exploring local food spots, and volunteering at community gatherings. Her hobbies reflect her creativity, social nature, and love for collaborative, people-centered activities.

Devesh Dongre

Social Media Manager

Devesh Dongre is the dynamic and creative Social Media Manager of our NGO. Currently pursuing engineering degree. Devesh brings youthful energy, fresh ideas, and a deep sense of purpose to our digital presence. Passionate about travelling, exploring new places, and meeting new people, he believes every journey holds a story worth sharing. His love for connecting with diverse communities helps him craft meaningful content that reflects real experiences, voices, and emotions. With his curiosity and storytelling spirit, Devesh plays a key role in bridging our organization with the world, ensuring our message reaches and inspires many.
